Brad Lester is a Videographer, Photographer, Actor, and Engineer based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He earned his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace Engineering with a minor in Astrophysics from the University of Minnesota, and his Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Film Production from Full Sail University.
Brad has always had a passion for storytelling and for entertaining people. He has over a decade of experience working on both sides of the camera, having worked in every department from pre-production through post-production. Before attending graduate school, he worked as actor and crew member on a plethora of short films, commercials, and live event recordings.
While studying at Full Sail University, he collaborated on over 12 films in various key positions, most notably in the production and camera departments. He directed several films, including Buried Deep, a suspense mystery, Fear, a 60-second thriller, and Surprise!, a light comedy. He also wrote, acted in, and edited the latter two films. For his cohort’s thesis film, Mann & Quinn, he served as 1st Assistant Director, where he managed a production of more than 70 crew members, whom were able to complete the film on time.
Brad’s strongest talents include directing, writing, editing, and cinematography, and he plans to use these talents to continue producing strong and entertaining content for a wide variety of audiences across the country.
